A mosto thermal shock natural Sidra from siblings Yessica and Diego Parra's El Mirador farm in Pitalito, Huila. Open-tank fermented 24 hours, thermal shocked, then fermented 80 hours in the mosto (juice) of the first fermentation and sun dried. Cherry soda, lychee, soursop, and banana.
