A Swiss Water decaf of a watermelon-infused honey Caturra and Colombia from the Bayter family's El Vergel Estate in Tolima. Pre-fermented anaerobically 48 hours, co-fermented with yeast and watermelon on the mucilage, then stabilized 30 days before decaffeination. Pink sports drink sweetness, tart kiwi, and a minty mojito finish.
