A yeast natural Pink Bourbon from the Gasca family's Zarza Coffee project in Bruselas, Huila. Oxidized, yeast inoculated, fermented in sealed tanks, thermal shocked, and dried 20 to 30 days on raised beds. Cherry cola, ruby grapefruit, and strawberry yogurt.
