Natural process Ethiopian heirloom coffee from the cooperative Boji washing station, grown in and around the village of Kore in the Kochere district at 1900 masl and sun-dried for about two weeks. Elegant and sweet with notes of watermelon and blueberry. Roasted for espresso.
