Grown high in the mountains of Ojo de Agua, León Cortés, in Tarrazú by Francisco "Chico" Rojas, whose family has farmed coffee for generations. Honey processed at the Afaorca micro mill, the local farmers' association. The farm was recognised by Costa Rica's National Coffee Institute (ICAFE) for its recent harvest.
