About
Chiroso was once thought to be a natural mutation of Caturra, but it has been shown to be an Ethiopian-origin variety with a slightly longer cherry. That origin, plus the processing work of Jhoan Vergara, gives a very fresh, citric and herbaceous cup: rosemary honey, lemon caramel and lemon verbena, with sweet notes of white chocolate and cocoa butter. Smooth body and juicy acidity.
