About
Very sweet in fragrance, with clear notes of cocoa powder and milk chocolate. Slightly fruity, with figs and loquat. The aroma stays sweet and brings hazelnut and California walnut. Dense in the mouth, with a honeyed body and very mild acidity. A balanced coffee that works well on its own and even better with milk.

FAQ

What grind size should I use for Esperanza?

Grind size depends on your grinder, so there is no single number. Tazzina translates the community grind to your exact grinder, or guides you to it by taste.

How do I dial in Esperanza?

Save a brew for your grinder and brew method, then tell Tazzina how it tasted. It walks you through what to change next, one step at a time.

Can I brew Esperanza on any brew method?

Yes. Tazzina saves each one separately, so every brew method and grinder you pair with Esperanza keeps its own brew, from espresso to pour-over.

What is Tazzina?

Tazzina is a free iPhone and iPad app for coffee. Save a brew for every bean, grinder, and brew method, dial it in with guided steps, and repeat the cups you love.
