A long-fermentation natural Yellow Catuaí from the Barbosa family's Cachoeira and Joia Rara farms in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil. The extended fermentation gives a jammy, almost boozy cup unlike milder Brazilian naturals. Light roast with cane sugar, berry compote and a bright finish.
