About
Some coffees get our attention once; this one keeps coming back. For the third harvest in a row, we’re roasting this beautiful lot from Guji, and this is the freshest we’ve ever gotten it into Milwaukee. It landed in September, and it’s already showing us something new: more sweetness, more lift, more of that unmistakable Ethiopian character we love. The first time we offered it, we roasted it both light and dark to see which direction you'd like best. You told us. Light won, so we listened.
