About
The Hodag has been lurking in Wisconsin folklore for generations. Jes, our Director of Roasting, decided to give the legend a darker side. Haunted Hodag is roasted dark, bringing deep cacao and bonfire smoke to the forefront. But beneath all that darkness, the natural coffee in the blend brings a bright candy pop to the cup. It’s that unexpected contrast that makes this coffee worth chasing: dark and smoky at first, then a flash of sweetness that changes the whole thing.
