About
Certified organic washed coffee from Khalid Shifa's 35-hectare Echemo farm at 2100 metres near Agaro, in the Goma district of the Jimma zone, Ethiopia. The heirloom trees were grown from seed his grandfather selected in the nearby Coche forest. Selective hand-picking, 24-hour wet fermentation and 12 to 14 days of drying under shade nets. Sweet and intense, with lingering stone fruit and aromatic floral notes.

FAQ

What grind size should I use for Echemo?

Grind size depends on your grinder, so there is no single number. Tazzina translates the community grind to your exact grinder, or guides you to it by taste.

How do I dial in Echemo?

Save a brew for your grinder and brew method, then tell Tazzina how it tasted. It walks you through what to change next, one step at a time.

Can I brew Echemo on any brew method?

Yes. Tazzina saves each one separately, so every brew method and grinder you pair with Echemo keeps its own brew, from espresso to pour-over.

What is Tazzina?

Tazzina is a free iPhone and iPad app for coffee. Save a brew for every bean, grinder, and brew method, dial it in with guided steps, and repeat the cups you love.
