Natural coffee from the Daannisa collective of about 30 growers in the Odo Shakiso district of Guji, grown above 2000 masl. Processed at Ture Waji's Sookoo Coffee station and dried in thin layers on raised beds for 3 to 4 weeks. Imported by Osito Coffee. The roaster tastes mango, orange, peach, cherry, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, black tea and milk chocolate.
