Natural Catucaí 2SL from Sitio Sassafras, Francisco Barretto's 50 hectare farm in the Vale de Grama area of São Paulo, part of the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) network. Grown at 1300 to 1500 masl among native forest. The roaster tastes fig, black plum, apple butter, almond butter, nougat, honey and white chocolate.
