Washed Red Bourbon from Jean Marie Vianney (JMV) Usekanabagoyi's 2 hectare farm in Nyamasheke, kept as a separate lot at Baho Coffee's Ngoma station. A 14 hour dry fermentation, skin drying under shade, then 26 days on raised beds. Imported by Sundog Trading. The roaster tastes dried apricot, candied orange peel, fig jam, plum, cherry, vanilla, rooibos, baking spices, honey and sugarcane.
