Natural Red Catuaí from Sítio Canaã, João Hamilton's 10 hectare farm at 1200 to 1340 masl in the Serra dos Ciganos community of Caconde. João leads the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) producer network in the region. The roaster tastes grape jam, cooked cherry, vanilla, nougat, brown sugar, almond butter and chocolate.
