Washed Red Caturra from Finca Villa Maria in San Agustín, Huila, grown by father and son Olgar Ortega Bolaños and Esnaider Ortega Gomez. Whole cherries rest for 12 hours, then dry ferment for 24 hours in tile tanks and dry for 30 days on shaded raised beds. Sourced through Semilla Coffee and the Monkaaba producer group. The roaster tastes cherry, raspberry, red grape, vanilla, nougat, sugarcane, caramel, cola and sweet black tea.
