Striped Red Bourbon from Finca Santa Bárbara, a 14-hectare farm at 1,850 metres in Timbío, near Popayán. After pulping, the coffee ferments for 48 hours in a controlled stainless-steel bioreactor, then is washed and dried in electric dehydrators at Área 18.
