About
A Yellow Pacamara from Alejandro Ariza at Finca La Argelia in Inzá, Cauca. After washed and honey trials tasted too herbal, the family gave the lot a natural fermentation of more than 160 hours with oxidation, which made the cup sweet and fruity: wild blackberry, Red Starburst and rock candy.
