A washed Chiroso community lot, Las Perlitas, built from small lots grown by several producers around Urrao, Antioquia. Each lot is cupped and selected before it joins the blend. Chiroso traces back to Ethiopian landraces and it shows: blood orange, rhubarb and honey.
