About
A washed Typica community lot from the village of Santo Domingo Cacalotepec in Oaxaca's Sierra Norte, grown by Zapotec farmers. Cherries had a 24-hour whole-cherry fermentation and 48 hours after depulping, then dried on patios and rooftop terraces. The roaster's current café espresso, sold for espresso and crowd-pleasing cups.
