Special-edition natural from the Bombe kebele in Bensa, Sidama, processed at Faysel A. Yonis's Ayla washing station. Fully ripe cherries are fermented anaerobically for about 48 hours, then dried slowly on raised beds. JARC varieties 74118, 74110 and 74158 grown at 1,950 to 2,150 m. Strawberry, mango and a hint of rosé with floral notes, juicy clear acidity and a silky texture.
