Organic washed filter coffee from the Denbi Uddo kebele in Shakisso, Guji, delivered by around 500 smallholders and processed at Testi Coffee's Jigesa washing station (Faysel A. Yonis). Mostly the local varieties Kurume and Wolisho, grown at 1,800 to 2,000 m. Jasmine, peach and Earl Grey with fresh citrus and apple, light caramel and a clean, transparent structure.
