Decaf espresso from Brazil, decaffeinated in Bremen with natural CO2. Catuaí from Rogério Gil Lemos's Nossa Senhora do Carmo farm in Minas Gerais, a member of the Coopervass cooperative. Roasted slightly darker than comparable espressos to give the decaffeinated coffee structure; cocoa, nutty sweetness and honey with a round body and restrained acidity.
