Harp & Bowl's signature washed mainstay, with a new volume every 6-8 months. Volume 6 is from Rivier Quintero at Buena Vista in Inzá, Cauca: cherries oxidized for 24 hours, pulped, fermented aerobically in water for another 24 hours (the bag's 'double aerobic'), washed and dried for 21 days.
