From the Juanachute Micromill in Los Santos, Tarrazú, run by Luis Anastasio "Tacho" Castro and his family. This lot combines Centroamericano, an F1 hybrid, with San Isidro, grown at 1,600 meters and dried whole as a natural. Juicy and expressive, with blood orange, strawberry candy and plum, bright acidity and a delicate floral quality.
