A limited release from Aquiares Estate on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano. Mariana is a rare F1 hybrid related to Starmaya and one of the first hybrids designed to be propagated by seed. Ripe cherries were fermented anaerobically and then dried in the fruit, amplifying sweetness and fruit, with a floral aroma and wine-like complexity.
