From smallholder producers in Taferi Kela, Sidama, processed at Bette Buna's washing station. Cherries are depulped, fermented for 24 to 36 hours in water-filled tanks, washed and dried on raised beds for 8 to 15 days. Bright and sweet, with sweet orange, warm baking spice and a rounded caramel and chocolate finish.
