Vista al Bosque marks a return to producer Wilmar Castillo in Hoja Blanca, Huehuetenango, where he manages the farm with his wife and son. This lot combines Bourbon and Caturra grown between 1,610 and 1,900 meters, washed with a 48-hour fermentation and 12 days of drying. Dark chocolate and honey provide a deep, sweet foundation, while nectarine and cranberry bring a juicy stone-fruit character and a brighter finish.
