Grown in POMA's climate-controlled research greenhouse on Funen, Denmark, in a high-humidity chamber that produces a denser seed. One of two 150 g coffees in the Humidity Experiment box, tasted side by side with a low-humidity lot of the same Milenio. A concentrated, structured cup with dense sweetness, a vibrant acidity, full body and aromas of peach, apricot and cascara.
