About
Grown in POMA's climate-controlled research greenhouse on Funen, Denmark, from Rume Sudan trees kept on a traditional pruning schedule. One of two 150 g coffees in the Pruning Experiment box, tasted side by side with the POMA Pruning System lot. Elegant, tea-like florality with aromas of honey, cantaloupe and lavender and a long sweet aftertaste like brown sugar.
