Washed Ethiopian filter coffee from smallholders around the Gerse Kebele washing station in Yirgacheffe, run by Mikiyas Bogale. Local landrace and heirloom varieties, tank fermented 48 to 72 hours and dried on raised beds. A sweet, jammy cup of blueberry, raspberry ripple and golden syrup.
