A sugarcane (EA) decaf from the Mantiqueira Collective, a communal lot from three smallholder farms in Brazil's Mantiqueira de Minas, decaffeinated by Coffein Compagnie in Bremen. Rich and gently fruity as espresso, with yellow plum, dried apple and fig on a rocky road base; like peanut butter cups in milk.
