About
A special-prep anoxic washed lot from the Rumudamo washing station in Arbegona, Sidama, fermented in sealed barrels for around 120 hours before pulping and washing. Intensely floral and syrupy sweet: jasmine and privet blossom, yuzu crémeux, loquat and white peach, with lime sweets and guava soda as it cools.
