Natural coffee from Manoelito Ataide Santos (Fazenda Baixadão) and Sidmar Candido Da Silva (Fazenda Campo Belo) in the highlands of Bahia, Brazil, grown at 1,000 to 1,200 masl. Cherries ferment with little oxygen in closed trucks on the way to the dry Caatinga, where they are dried. Espresso roast with toasted almond, blackberry, vanilla and red fruit notes. 84 points.
