Talo's 25 Brix blend combines two very sweet Colombian coffees, from San Luis and from Moises Changuala, one washed and one natural. Brix measures dissolved sugars in the cherry, and only the sweetest, ripe cherries are selected. Built for espresso, it works especially well with milk.
